Announcing our new Lasoo Admin site

We are excited to announce the release of Lasoo Admin - our new administrator site.

Lasoo Admin provides comprehensive reporting and data extraction tools to better allow managers to understand the growth of their staff in the workplace. Managers can get a high level view of their team or cohort’s engagement rate with new habits and behaviours.

Managers can also see a summary of the goals user’s have created around new habits and behaviours, and the progress that been made practicing them.

Managers can also view a summary of all public (non-personal) activity, providing a detailed view of engagement over time, as well as a detailed record of behaviour journals.

Lasoo Admin also allows managers to assign users to circles. Circles allows habits content and activity be shared between specific teams, roles or L&D cohorts. Circles define communities of staff that can inspire and support each other’s development. Line manager structures can also be defined, allowing managers to keep across their report’s activity.

Lasoo Admin allows captured data to extract in CSV, Excel and PDF formats.

In summary, Lasoo Admin gives managers a game-changing new tool to understand and support their staff’s growth through the building of new habits and behaviours in the workplace. It also allows Lasoo to be deployed at scale across an organisation, supporting a wide-variety of programs, such as Learning & Development, Organisational Values, Performance Management, Sales Enablement and Health & Wellbeing.
