    Antony Kuzmicich is an experienced technology and product manager who has worked in a number of successful startups and large organisations.

    Antony is passionate about creating great digital products that help people in their work and personal lives. He is fascinated by social science and its application in the workplace.

    Antony’s experience includes the founding CTO of Performio.co, as well as being a Senior Product Manager at realestate.com.au.

    Sally O'Connor is passionate about unlocking potential across all levels of organisations. This passion has driven her to lead and grow team in operational environments through service in the Royal Australian Navy, into senior HR roles in the private sector, and now to Lasoo. Sally believes in the transformative power of technology in the HR landscape and is excited to support organisations to scale behavioural change and transform workplaces!

    Sally is a Fellow Certified HR Practitioner, through the Australian Human Resources Institute, a certified organisational coach and change practitioner, and has a healthy fascination with all things Artificial Intelligence!

    He has a rich understanding of what business needs from HR technology, and a track record meeting these needs.

    David is a successful founder of multiple SaaS businesses in the B2B sales segment.

    David has worked in sales, managed sales teams, run sales operations, designed sales incentives, and improved sales processes over a 30-year career.

    He has consulted with around 100 Australian and US sales teams. His latest company, SalesGRID, helps sales teams mobilize their sales process to drive better sales execution and win rates.
